Vertical Media’s 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
We make this guarantee because we can prove that this
advertising source works. We are willing to make this
guarantee because we are sure that if we send visitors
to your website that are your target customer, the
likelihood of purchasing your services is high. This
means you get direct sales from them, and if you don't
we will refund your money!
At any time during the first 90 days of your contract,
if you are not satisfied with the results, you may
terminate the contract and receive a full refund. After
90 days, you may cancel your contract at anytime and
receive a full refund on any unused portion of the
contract.
Advertising Contract Terms
It is the policy of Vertical Media that payment for advertising on our websites is due upon signage of said contract. In the case that we secure contracts >30 days before the start date of the contract, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit due and the remaining 50% of contract is due on or before the start date of the ads.
Hosting Contract Terms
Vertical Media provides annual contracts for website
hosting. Annual invoices are sent out one month prior to
the contract start date and payment is expected on or
before the start date of the actual contract. Hosting
products, such as domain registrations and other hosting
work is invoiced as the work is performed and payment is
expected upon receipt of invoice.
*Account statements are sent (via customer preference:
mail, email, fax) on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Finance charges of 1.5% monthly are assessed for any
invoice 30 days overdue. Any service not paid for within
90 days of invoice will be suspended until payment has
been received in full.
Ad Placement Policies
Vertical Media will publish any new or updated title and
text descriptions for any ads not requiring an image on
a nightly basis. Changes must be supplied to the
client’s sales representative by 12:00pm on the day the
change is to become effective (changes will update at
midnight).
On new or updated image ads, Vertical Media will publish
the ad within 3 days from the day the ad is submitted
and approved by the client. These ads must also be
supplied to the client’s sales representative, and must
meet Vertical Media’s Ad Specifications previously
supplied to the client.
In the event that a client contracts with Vertical Media
for production of an image ad, Vertical Media will
publish the approved ad within 2 weeks, and no later
than 3 days from when the client approves the image.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, sign up for specials, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences subscription management pages. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
